Transparency and Disclosure Obligations
2.1 Creators shall clearly disclose all material connections in a manner that is conspicuous, understandable, and unavoidable.
2.2 Disclosures must appear at the beginning of content or prior to affiliate links.
2.3 Advertising must be clearly distinguished from editorial or organic content.
2.4 Ongoing brand relationships must be disclosed consistently.
2.5 Hidden, misleading, or obscured disclosures are prohibited.
